ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES (ADA)

Iowa Speedway is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. If you have any questions or need assistance, our staff is here to help. Stop by a Guest Services booth or tent during events, or give us a call in advance–we’re happy to assist.

Seating & Access

• All ADA-compliant grandstand seats, including Newton Club seating, are located at ground level for ease of access.
• Wheelchair-accessible seating is available and can be requested during ticket purchases.
• Guests with service animals may also request wheelchair seating to accommodate their animal safely and comfortably.

Restrooms

• Accessible restrooms are available throughout the venue and are located near all ADA seating areas.

Service animals

• Service animals are welcome at Iowa Speedway.
• The ADA defines a service animal as a dog individually trained to perform specific tasks for a person with a disability.
• Emotional support, therapy, or companion animals are not recognized as service animals under ADA guidelines and are not permitted in ticketed or credentialed areas.
• Service animals must be leashed, harnessed, or tethered unless doing so interferes with their trained task.
• The animal must remain under the handler’s control at all times. If an animal poses a threat or is disruptive, it may be excluded from the venue.

Mobility assistance

• Golf carts and trams are available to assist guests with mobility challenges. These services can help individuals access different parts of the venue, including the infield (with proper credentials).

Accessible parking

• Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Paved ADA parking is located near Ticket Booth 1.
• Additional grass parking is available southeast of Ticket Booth 1 for guests who do not require wheelchair access.
• A valid ADA placard, license plate, or permit must be displayed, and the person the pass was issued must be in the vehicle.
• Arrive early–ADA spaces fill up quickly on race days.
